What our patients say

Fantastic dentist!

So caring and considerate, just perfect. Always puts me at ease as soon as I walk into the room.
D.M.

Makes me feel at ease!

Also an extremely anxious patient here, first met him years ago at an NHS dentist. I have moved to 3 different practices as he has to ensure I can stay under his care. He makes me feel completely at ease and is such a lovely gentleman. An absolute credit to the practice and profession! Thank you Mr Parker.

Great dentist!

Awww Mr Parker. A great dentist.

Your questions, answered

When are you open?

Monday 8am to 5pm, Tuesday to Thursday 8am to 6pm and Friday 8am to 2pm. We're closed at weekends.

Do I need to be registered with you?

No. We see new patients for emergencies too. The emergency consultation is £69 for registered patients and £140 for patients who aren't registered with us.

What if it happens when you're closed?

From Friday 6pm to Sunday 6pm, registered patients are covered by a rota of local dentists: call 01733 215555 for the details. At other times, or if you're not registered with us, call NHS 111 for advice, then call us when we open.

When should I go to A&E instead?

Call 999 or go to A&E straight away if swelling is affecting your breathing, swallowing or eye, if bleeding won't stop, or after a serious injury to your face or jaw.

Is this an NHS service?

No. RTW Surgeries is a private practice. All our fees are on our pricing page.

We aim to see emergencies the same day, but appointments depend on availability. The emergency consultation fee covers your assessment with a dentist; any treatment is quoted before it starts.

Can't call right now?

Leave your number and our team will call you back as soon as we can during opening hours. If you're in severe pain, please phone us instead.

We'll only use your details to respond to this enquiry unless you tick the box above. See our privacy notice.
