Replace missing teeth with implants that look and feel natural

A dental implant replaces the root of a missing tooth and supports a custom-made crown, bridge or denture. It's the closest thing to a natural tooth, so you can eat, speak and smile with confidence.

Could an implant help you?

  • You have a gap that makes chewing difficult or affects your confidence
  • You'd rather not have healthy neighbouring teeth cut down for a bridge
  • Your partial denture is uncomfortable or keeps moving
  • You want a long-term, fixed solution

Natural look and feel

Your crown is made to match the shape and shade of your own teeth.

Protects your jawbone

An implant helps maintain the bone where a tooth has been lost, which would otherwise shrink over time.

Leaves other teeth alone

Unlike a conventional bridge, neighbouring teeth don't need to be filed down.

Planned in 3D

We have a CT scanner on site, so your implant can be planned precisely around your anatomy.

How it works

  1. 1

    Consultation

We examine your mouth, discuss your goals and explain your options, including alternatives to implants.

  2. 2

    3D scan and plan

A CT scan shows the bone in detail so your implant position can be planned accurately. You'll get a written plan and quote.

  3. 3

    Implant placement

The implant is placed under local anaesthetic. Sedation is available if you're nervous.

  4. 4

    Your new tooth

Once the implant has bonded with the bone, usually after a few months, your custom crown is fitted.

What our patients say

Fantastic dentist!

So caring and considerate, just perfect. Always puts me at ease as soon as I walk into the room.
D.M.

Makes me feel at ease!

Also an extremely anxious patient here, first met him years ago at an NHS dentist. I have moved to 3 different practices as he has to ensure I can stay under his care. He makes me feel completely at ease and is such a lovely gentleman. An absolute credit to the practice and profession! Thank you Mr Parker.

Great dentist!

Awww Mr Parker. A great dentist.

Your questions, answered

Am I suitable for implants?

Most adults with healthy gums and enough bone are suitable. Smoking, gum disease and some medical conditions can affect success, and we'll discuss these with you at your consultation.

Does it hurt?

Implant placement is carried out under local anaesthetic, so you shouldn't feel pain during the procedure. Mild soreness for a few days afterwards is common.

How long does treatment take?

From placement to final crown usually takes a few months while the implant heals. Some cases need extra steps, such as bone grafting, which we'll explain in your plan.

Can I spread the cost?

Yes. We offer 12-month interest-free finance, subject to status, through our partner Tabeo.

All treatment follows a consultation and assessment. Suitability, timescales and results vary between patients. Your dentist will explain the benefits, risks and alternatives before you decide.
