Is All-on-X right for you?
You've lost most of your teeth in one or both jaws, or the ones you have are failing
Your dentures move when you eat or speak, or you avoid foods you love
You're hiding your smile in photos and conversations
You've been told you'd need many separate implants and want a simpler option
Fixed, not removable
Your new teeth are secured to implants, so there's nothing to take out at night and no adhesives.
Fewer implants per arch
A full arch is usually supported by four to six implants, rather than one implant per missing tooth.
Teeth on the day
In suitable cases, fixed temporary teeth are fitted on the day of surgery. Your final teeth follow once healing is complete.
Eat with confidence
Once healed, most patients can enjoy a much wider range of foods than with conventional dentures.
How it works
1
Consultation and 3D scan
We examine your mouth, take a 3D CT scan and talk through your options, costs and any risks. You'll get a written treatment plan.
2
Planning
Your implant positions and new teeth are planned digitally around your bite, face and smile.
3
Treatment day
Any failing teeth are removed, implants are placed and, where suitable, fixed temporary teeth are fitted. Sedation is available if you're anxious.
4
Final teeth
After a healing period of several months, your final, stronger teeth are made and fitted.
What our patients say

Makes me feel at ease!
Also an extremely anxious patient here, first met him years ago at an NHS dentist. I have moved to 3 different practices as he has to ensure I can stay under his care. He makes me feel completely at ease and is such a lovely gentleman. An absolute credit to the practice and profession! Thank you Mr Parker.

Your questions, answered
Am I suitable for All-on-X?
Most adults with missing or failing teeth can be assessed. Suitability depends on your bone, gum health and general health, which we check at your consultation with a 3D scan.
Does it hurt?
The procedure is carried out under local anaesthetic, and sedation is available if you're nervous. Some swelling and discomfort is normal for a few days afterwards, and we'll give you aftercare advice.
How long do the teeth last?
With good home care and regular check-ups, implant-supported teeth can last many years. Like natural teeth, they need maintenance, and the final bridge may need repair or replacement over time.
Can I spread the cost?
Yes. We offer 12-month interest-free finance, subject to status, through our partner Tabeo.
All treatment follows a consultation and assessment. Suitability, timescales and results vary between patients. Your dentist will explain the benefits, risks and alternatives before you decide.
